Telling the Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) story is something that comes naturaly for the team at GenerationOne, we’ve been talking about for many years.
But for others, understanding the mechanism of how the VTEC works is sometimes not so simple. To ensure VTEC provides the best possible avenue for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to find work, the model has a number of distinct stages:
The team at GenerationOne decided that the best way to tell this story was to create an animation telling the story of VTEC. The animation explains how VTECs support Indigenous jobseekers through the VTEC model and into long term employment.
Creating the animation was a journey. The team brainstormed how best to convey the message of VTEC as well as the creative appearance, the voice-over and the backing audio.
After spending so many hours producing music in my former life, the opportunity to get back into the studio and back behind the microphone was met with great excitement.
This animation tells the story of the benefits of VTEC. Please share it with your family, friends and anyone you know looking to find work and ‘stand on solid ground’.
GenerationOne is very proud present our animation below:
